Terms of service
Last updated May 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of Marlow. By signing in to the console you agree to them. If you are signing in on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
Marlow ingests tickets from sources you connect, triages them, and dispatches AI agents that run in isolated sandboxes. The agents open pull requests or produce artifacts on your behalf, against the repositories and storage destinations you have configured.
Your responsibilities
- You keep your API tokens, OAuth grants, and account credentials secure.
- You configure workflows and integrations correctly for the systems you connect.
- You are responsible for the content of any pull request an agent opens against your repositories. Review before merging.
- You do not use Marlow to violate the law or harm other systems or people.
Usage
Agent compute and underlying model token usage are metered per run for internal cost accounting. There is no external billing or subscription.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee at the current pricing. We will not be liable for indirect damages from downtime or failed runs.
Termination
You can delete your organization from the settings page at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. On termination, data is purged per the retention policy in our privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to organization owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
