- FixedA connected GitLab instance no longer shows an open connect form beneath it, which read as its edit form.

- NewA Sentry alert can start a read-only investigation, which reports a likely cause without changing code.
- FixedA saved model provider key now shows as saved, and the provider picker no longer sticks on the wrong vendor.
- NewA run recovers when a model provider rejects a request as too long, instead of failing.
