A run is one ticket worked to a terminal state. Free fits a team of three; every paid tier has unlimited seats.

Free needs no card. Paid plans are bought from the console’s billing page, monthly or yearly, and can be changed or cancelled there.

Questions people ask about the price

What counts as a run?
A run that fails because Marlow broke is not billable. Intake and triage are free, so a classified-and-dropped ticket costs nothing.
Why per run and not per seat?
Nobody buys Marlow so a person can log in — they buy it so tickets get worked. Seats measure logins; runs measure work.
What about the model bill?
Bring your own provider keys and the provider invoices you directly. Without one, a paid tier's tokens go onto your invoice at cost; Free gets $10 of ours. No markup on any tier — these prices buy the harness.
What happens when I run out?
On Free, dispatch stops at 50 — it will not quietly bill a card you never gave us. On a paid tier, runs past the included count are charged at the overage rate rather than refused.

Assign it one boring ticket.

Connect a repository and hand Marlow something you have been putting off. Set the gate to “open a pull request and stop” — the worst case is a branch you close.
